Dark-branded bushbrown

The dark-branded bushbrown is a brown butterfly from Asia. On each front wing it has a round eyespot: a black dot with a white middle and an orange ring. It looks a little different in the rainy season than in the dry season.

In the dry season it is paler, and the eyespots underneath shrink to tiny white specks.
