Eats: Other bugs and small animalsSpidersForests and woods8 legsNot an insect, but a bug cousin

The labyrinth orbweaver is a small spider with thin striped legs and a round, dark tummy with a white pattern. Its web is easier to recognise than the spider itself. It builds a round web in front of a messy tangle, with a little tent of leaves to hide in.

Fun fact: spiders are not insects. Insects have six legs, spiders have eight. Everyone calls them bugs anyway!
